About
A passionate leader for good (and beautiful) things
Behind Crealta hides Gwladys, a passionate and experimented chef who discovered her early passion for good (and beautiful) things. After studying design and a few years in office, shed opened (and worked for) several cafes and restaurants, which she resold after the (re)launching them with success. She then decided to go further and train with the greatest chefs, becoming a graduated pastry chef at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and apprentice with Pierre Hermé: Gwladys reinforced there her passion for taste, subtle, inventiveness, delicacy...
Perfectly equipped to meet all culinary situations, Gwladys pushed her limits and has operated for few years as a chef on yachts in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, villas and lodges for private events, during which she revealed her talent for entertaining, gourmet cooking with simple products, adaptation and commitment to always offer the best to her customers.
Inspired, trained, passionate and experienced above all, she created Crealta in 2018 to assist all independent groups, investors and planners in their efforts to (re)start their activities, whatever they are restaurants, hotels, shops or temporary events .

Small dishes upseting the neighborhood
Chef's Bruno Baccati first restaurant opening: talented chef, Crealta assisted him to create a concept closer to his personality. Fresh, sharp, disruptive, surprising while being respectful of the classics, the philosophy of Bruno makes this collaboration a total evidence. At stake? The rebirth of a legendary restaurant in the old Cannes... Le Pompon!
Project
A cocoon well perched aloft
Ahead of mountain stereotypes, Crealta designed Là-Haut as an ode to winter cocooning, warm, generous, comfort... A concept revisiting the traditional mountain restaurant while exalting the taste, generosity and simplicity, which make the place a change of scenery for skiers and walkers. A relaxing break like you are at home, near by the fire!
Project
An authentic farmhouse, revitalized
At the heart of the Dordogne, Florence and Gilles, owners of the Ferme de Fouliouze, regularly use Crealta to transform their houses and their receipies, located in this beautiful (and competitive) Périgord region, offering authentic experience, punctuated by their own biological products, home-made quality and campaign's naturalness.
